When the men in Dawn’s life try to exploit her, she is forced to confront the teeth and decide whether to sacrifice or harness them.

Anna K. Jacobs was recently recognized for her work as a musical theater composer/lyricist with the prestigious Billie Burke Ziegfeld Award. Her shows include POP! (Yale Rep, Pittsburgh City Theatre, Studio Theatre, etc.), Harmony, Kansas (Diversionary Theatre), Stella and the Moon Man (STC/Theatre of Image), Teeth (Sundance Institute), Echo (Musical Theatre Factory), and the short musicals Cage Match and Magic 8 Ball (Prospect Theatre Company). M.F.A. in Musical Theatre Writing from NYU-Tisch.

Michael R. Jackson holds a BFA and MFA in playwriting and Musical Theatre Writing from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts. As a songwriter, he has seen his work performed at NAMT, Barrington Stage Company, The Laurie Beechman Theater, Feinstein’s/54 Below, Ars Nova, Joe’s Pub, and ACT in Seattle. He wrote book, music, and lyrics for the musical A Strange Loop, book and lyrics for the musical Only Children with composer Rachel Peters, book and lyrics for the musical adaptation of the 2007 horror film Teeth with composer and co-bookwriter Anna Jacobs. He is 2017 Jonathan Larson Grant Recipient.
